Can I share your software with a friend?
No. You are not allowed to share your software license with anyone. You can use it only on your or your company’s computer(s) or VPS servers you rent.
How much is the support and updates renewal after 1 year?
You can renew your license at up to 50% off the normal pricing within 60 days of your original license expiration date. For example Personal license renewal is €79 EUR and the PRO license is €149 EUR. After the 60 day window has expired, all renewals are at full price.
What do I get for renewing my license?
Renewing your license provides an additional year of support and software updates. This provides peace of mind knowing you can turn to me for Local Trade Copier related support and assistance. You’ll also continue receiving software updates to ensure MT4 compatibility as well as great new features and enhancements!
What happens to my existing license after the 1 year, will it stop working?
Sjcam app for mac. No. If your license expires software will still work as it always have, unless something changes with the MT4 core itself. You just won’t have access to download the software, won’t receive product updates and won’t be able to ask my friendly team for support.
Can I transfer my license to another computer?
You can transfer license to another computer/VPS as many times as you like and you can have it installed on many computers, just make sure you don’t use same license simultaneously on more computers than your license allows you to.
How the license is limited to computers?
Software license can work simultaneously on a limited number of computers/VPS (depends on the license type you choose).
For example, if software license is limited to 1 computer, you can use it on maximum 1 computer at the same time.
Does it really work on an unlimited MT4 accounts?
Yes, but obviously the number of MT4 platforms you can run will be limited by your computer/VPS power. If your computer is powerful enough you can run dozens of software instances.
On an average Windows Server 2008 VPS server with 1x CPU ~2.6Ghz and 1024 MB RAM you can run about 4-5 MT4 platforms with my software.
Or you can get dedicated Windows server with 8x CPU cores and run about 25x MT4 platforms inside. That would simply count as one VPS no matter how many software instances you run inside.
Are these the only plans?
Yes. Those are the only plans I offer. However, feel free to contact me in case you want to buy 100 or more licenses.
Can I upgrade to a better license later?
Yes. You can upgrade software to a better license in one year after purchase. You would have to pay the price difference. After one year upgrade is not available and you would have to purchase additional license.
What after-purchase support will I get?
I expect software users to read instruction manual and watch how-to videos as most questions are answered in there, but if you’ll face any problem or have a question that’s not answered, feel free to contact me. Usually I respond in 24 hours and during busy weeks it might take 72 hours.
Can we speak on Skype?
The best way to contact me is to send me an email. Skype consultation is available only for extra payment and usually must be scheduled a few days in advance.
I cannot purchase because of an error. What can I do?
